ISIS has been to the Joseph Stalin school of murder. They know his old saying that "One death is a tragedy, one million is a statistic".
No one is collecting evidence at the UN because no one at the UN is suffering at the hands of ISIS. This is already another Rwanda. The murder is epic and the carnage undeniable. She is right to speak up but calling that lot of losers "excellencies" may be the most hideous use of the word in the history of the world.
The UN elite sit in fancy buildings in New York, they eat at the best restaurants, live in great accommodation, rub elbows with the powerful and line their pockets the entire time. Speaking to them about this is wasting your breath. I admire her for speaking out and she is correct, it is not being pursued, documented etc. by anyone really.
