We are way down the list and if you take Chicago, DC, Baltimore, Detroit and NYC out of the equation we are near the bottom. Stats can say whatever you need them to say when it fits your agenda.

I think one of the main issues with this individuals report is that he refuses to release how he came up with his numbers. That, in itself, tends to invalidate them.
