Some more interesting info concerning gun violence and gun control. I will state for the record, that I am an NRA Life Member for almost 10 years now and though I love guns and shooting them when I can, gun violence has been prevalent within the American culture since its founding.
Is there a clear path towards reducing gun violence? I honestly do not know, but to blame specific groups of people, to say liberals are trying to take guns and only conservatives defend the second amendment rights of gun owners, to try and label our laws as too strict or not strict enough and to ignore the issue is not a way to figuring out how to make things better.
Having laws we do not enforce is not a solution.
Having laws we cannot enforce is not a solution.
Not passing common sense laws that we can enforce is not a solution.
Not coming to common ground on sensible outcomes is not a solution.
So the question, I ask of you my fellow RP'ers, what do you think the solution is?
