Amnesia, drugs and rape: Narratives for disaster

It's a nightmare for all concerned. I do not want to see innocent men accused, nor see women raped. What is the solution? Sober, agreed upon sex. I would tell both sexes as I did my kids, do not have sex with someone you meet in a club or the bar (if you go there). Like that person? Great, get the number and call in the morning for a sober date. If there is no sex, there is no sperm and no accusation that will hold.
