Sigh...it would be a Chicom who thought of it, no doubt for nefarious reasons, as I'd expect their mil guys would be all over it...still, I could certainly perceive the rationale...one wonders whether about the human applicability, as well as the possibility of other frequency ranges, say, UV, as well as morphing the concept to enhancing the cochlear hair cells in the organ or Corti for the inner ear, as well as for aspects of enhancing the gyroscopic aspect of the ear, that causes momentary dizziness when one spins or twirls one's body, due to displacing the hair cochlear hair cells, though I can't immediately perceive a use for such increased gyroscopic sensitivity...still, the concept of being able to perceive infrasonic sound, which I've seen examples of equipment developed for elsewhere in the past, I could most definitely conceive of possible mil applications for, by all means, as well as the analagous case to UV in the eye, to use the ear to be able to perceive ultrasonic wavelengths, not solely infrasonic wavelengths...then, too, one wonders whether magnetic field variations might somehow be made visualizable and/or perceivable as well...just another errant thought....
