I spent a few hours in junkyards. Purchased engines and parts, too. I sure miss those days. Can't make out one thing under the hood these days. Can't work on new cars unless you have the right computer

We used to go through some of the yards just to see what kind of projects we could build, but mostly to finish the projects we had. I've built many cars, but my favorite was a Vega GT wagon I put an Impala 300hp 327 with a 2 speed Power Glide in. SPOOKY fast, but fun!

It is relay not that hard to work on new Cars and the main "computer" you need is one that I picked up for less than 40$ at harbor freight. Plus new cares need less maintenance, remember changing points and plugs twice a year?
