There was a report, cannot remember now where I read it, that said as the ice on the one side of Antarctica was receding the ice was building up on the other side. From this article it seems that this supports the idea that earth magnetic heat fluctuations are causing the ice to diminish on the one side. If so then mankind global warming is not as big an issue as some make it out to be.

SSG Samuel Kermon
SSgt Joseph Baptist I agree sir. We all are entrusted by God to be good stewards of this earth. All the things you mentioned fall under that command.

Lt Col Charlie Brown Man is not going to stop global warming. The Earth has been warming for the last 10,000 to 12,000 years and man had nothing to do with it back then. It is a naturally occurring cycle of the Earth getting closer to the sun. In time we will move away from the sun and it will start cooling down and go into another ice age. Remember back in the 1970's and 1980's scientists said we were going into another ice age?
