Fire hose is the quickest way to get them out of the way! Then I'd take the time to arrest all. And if their blockage caused the death of the person they were trying to get to or rushing to the hospital, then ALL of them would be charged with manslaughter at the very least!

It's a fricken ambulance, regardless of who or what they are protesting the escalation of force would have proceeded quickly.
