Here's more...this is somewhat more tractable, plus, the speaker is apparently an ex-USAF test pilot, his Ph.D. dissertation was evidently expressly in antimatter physics...this is most definitely not a joke, I assure you, the paper I'd sent presents considerably greater detail, however, this isn't long, and most definitely conveys the basic premise involved of positron moderator technology....

Antimatter is the most energy dense material in the universe. Positron dynamics core innovations is the ability to generate intense beams of cold positrons using an array of moderators. They use a radioisotope as a source of positrons. They react the gamma particles to get a charged ion which they direct with magnetic fields for propulsion.
