Apple’s $120M jury verdict against Samsung destroyed on appeal

It is interesting that the patents that show "Prior Art" were not apart of the first trial. I am a firm believer that our patent system needs to be overhauled. Especially in the light of all the "insert task x, but do it with a computer" patents there are.
