We are unable to use ID cards to vote in elections yet we somehow think that Veterans can obtain an ID card??

That was fast. How? They just opened the website and I've been sitting all morning trying to get in. Also, they promise delivery in 60 days (which may turn into 60 months - this is the VA we're dealing with) So, how did you get yours the day after they made it available?

CPT Jack Durish Wait, what?!?! I have my first VA ID card...and my second and the one I have now...they all have the same photo. Are they going to update photos on ID cards? or is this just for new Vets wanting to sign up for VA services? Sorry, I didn't read article.

This is for veterans who don't have ID cards, who aren't receiving VA healthcare or retired veterans and thus don't have an ID showing their status as a veteran
