This is an interesting study. What many do not know is many reservations are behind in the information age. I live on a reservation and the fastest internet connection I can get is 5 megs for personal use. we get a faster connection for our businesses and casino but we pay significantly for it. The biggest reason is no one wants to build the infrastructure for the rural areas.
