Ok, this is a country that has the capabilities of deploying a nuclear weapon. So how is it that the people of this country still think it is ok to burn someone that broke the law in the village. It is good to see that the people involved have been sentenced, but how is it they thought this was ok in the first place.

This is truly awful, but a point of order.
Bangladesh does not have nuclear weapons, nor any capabilities in that area. It is one of the poorest nations in the world.
