1stSgt Nelson Kerr I saw this travesty on the news this morning. If you watch the Security guy in the background, you can see that he wants to say something to the cop, but thinks better of it. In my philosophy on Law Enforcement, this asshat would fall into the "I have a badge, so I am above the rules, and you must bow before mortal without a badge." He is the kind of shitbag that makes the job of those police officers who are trying to serve the community so much more difficult. I hope they do fire him, and charge him. As much as I hate to admit it, this is one of the rare occasions in which I think the nurse needs to hire a lawyer, and sue the tar shit out of the city for his behavior.

Cop is clearly in the wrong. He should be held accountable and the department sued for his actions. An they should investigate all blood draws to see if the department has been following the law.
