SSG Livingston- This is political theater or in the military we would call it a diversion tactic or maneuver. See the link posted below. Most Blue States are in fiscal decline and there will be a point where they will have to pay. California is the crown jewel of the Left and like Pyongyang must be propped up even as the bums are allowed to urinate in the streets. I'd be on the look out for more failed States, or Blue States in this case. And California is #43 in fiscal solvency.
