The billboard sponsorship is hidden behind a shell company but has nothing to do with the Arabs and is not Arab sponsored. Instead it traces it's sponsorship back to a Hillary Clinton Super Pac. I lived in Dearborn Hieghts the Arabs there steer clear of politics for the most part. This billboard is just pulling in a largely neutral group into the infighting between Democrats and Republicans and making it look like the Arab community erected it.
In my view it is really a stupid thing to do because it will stir anger in some local circus freak and they will take it out on the local Arab population instead of the Clinton Campaign. Really not a bright idea to put this up in the Detroit area.

There's no shell company involved. The Nuisance Committee is the very public SuperPac formed by the owners of Cards against Humanity, and is openly acknowledge as a pac designed to make fun of Trump. The company has millions of dollars in annual sales and their game has been an Amazon best seller.
