The anti-gun hysteria has gotten to the point where you just have to shake your head and feel sorry for those folks. There are no facts to support their level of fear. I feel empathy for them. It must be tough to go through life that way.

SGT (Join to see) Crazy. All states recognize drivers licenses from other states, a privilege, but concealed weapons permit, a right with confirmed background checks, no way? Most southern states recognize and have reciprocity, but those pesky west coast and north east states. LEOSA reciprocal in all states except New Jersey. Just don’t understand.

U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Sect. 1: "Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state. And the Congress may by general laws prescribe the manner in which such acts, records, and proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof." Otherwise known as the "Full Faith and Credit" Clause. If my driver's license is honored in all U.S. states and territories despite differing requirements to obtain it, or if my marriage is honored in all U.S. states and territories, why not my concealed carry permit? There is now a bill in Congress that aims to make all states honor all other states' CCPs with 200 sponsors - I hope it passes and Trump signs it. Then the weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth will begin in many states.

California,New York and Illinois doesn't recognize Tennessee,Louisianan,Oklahoma and a few other states when it comes to drivers licenses. That's just the ones I know off the tip of my head.I'm sure their are others. But I agree with the rest of your statement.

Seems fair. The Tories believed that the Rebel Colonists were terrorists. I guess we'll just have to wait and see it We the People or They the Tyrants prevail.
