A real Leader of the Military once they finish their term in the Military their Leadership follows them on the outside

That's correct, however in the civilian world we need to adjust our leadership approach and style as we work with a different audience.

I never asked a soldier or NCO to do anything I could not do better. I would show them first. Drive a forklift. Do a 100 percent inventory. Create a query in Access. Lubricate a truck. Proper pushups.
