That's an interesting point, and not where I expected the article to go. We often have too many chiefs and not enough indians (another discussion for another time..) But originally, I thought this article was going to talk about what it takes to be an "influencer." As an E-3, I was an influencer! With no plan, (nor recognition), I casually grabbed a corner of one of the tents we were to "Air". Not being able to drag that corner out by myself, I skied for help from the other PFCs standing about. Suddenly, all of the company's tents were errect and airing and "we" were DONE !
