No surprise given how many US backed troops were overrun or flat out defected to ISIS.

this shouldn't come as a surprise at all. The Russians and Syrian Arab Army have been documenting huge arms caches of American and Israeli weapons and ammunition everytime they destroy and Isis Outpost.
