Good to hear. Still worried that the knee tucks are going to create many of the same "momentum injuries" we have with the current sit ups.

Overall much better though.

There seems to be a huge discrepancy between 70 points and the max. 350 lbs deadlift v. 165lbs, 18 min 2 mile v. 12:45 2 mile just to name a few. For the deadlift it's more than double the 70 point mark. Don't get me wrong 350 isn't something that's insane, it just seems like the difference between max and min are massive. If I remember the difference between max and min on the 2 mile run for an 18 year old was just under 3 minutes. The difference between 70% and max on this test is 5:15. That's not even the minimum. It seems like they lowered the bar very significantly to pass, but kept the max the same. I'm not sure why they did that.
