This is an interesting article. Was 4 years punishment too much or not enough? His time in the Legion overlapped with bowe bergdahl too.

He was incarcerated here at the Midwest Regional Confinement Facility. However he got clemency on his last board.

This article is a year old. This guy just had his clemency board this past Jan/Feb where he was granted 2 yrs off his sentence. This is not enough and is shameful, but the UCMJ is hardly fair in application when the offenders are separated by enlisted and commissioned.
