Anyone ever been through a BRAC. Lots of unhappy people. We do need to look at the mission first. We need to fund the reset of equipment.

Had some Army buddies that were discharged because of BRAC and it was a bitter experience.

The Civil Service side really has a bitter experience. I was retired military, so it was just another PCS.... that was PCS, 23, and now I am on 25, RET.
