Army Guard Begins to Reorganize Force into Eight Divisions

So 8 Command divisions? The real question is How will the impact down the line with more time away from home and work factor in? I see a lot more Muta 8’s. Will the budget be different if say a new Division has units from different states? Will these motor pools get updated?
