Army lieutenant says she was raped, but Supreme Court ruling blocks her from justice

This is a total travesty of justice by the military and civilian judicial systems, if true. She ran into a brick wall while the perpetrator is smug he got away raping a woman. Sometimes the only recourse is going public. Good job Army, you deserve a black eye.

She needs to file a civil suit against the guy. And the Army folks who took this case should have their names out on social media
