SGT William Howell That is how you know out of the gate it is a Navy spot. Navy NWU requires wearing the black boots. Though it would be very humorous in the smoke session: "But Sgt, I promise the ass was wearing a Navy face, and looking up Navy pictures!" "When you get done doing all the pushups, and all the flutter kicks, you are being tested for all the drugs."
