The Army is expanding is military advisor school at Fort Benning. From what I gather from the article it seems to be similar to the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security & Cooperation (WHISC) formerly known as the U.S. Army School of the Americas (SoA).
Does anyone have any comments on how this may turn out considering the chequered past of SoA?

Well the SOA did seem to be a grad school for future dictators, so I am not exactly excited about the idea. I just hope it turns out better than the SOA
