A very nice change to marksmanship for our troops, I think it'll then good, and keep them alive in the field.

Good in theory, but it may have similar issues as the new Army PT test. Training must change to fit the new testing standard. Certain posts have ranges, but other posts may not have the infrastructure to handle this change.
