Take a picture so you have it for divorce court, flip the guy a quarter and tell him to go buy a good piece of ass, and walk out. A cheater, man or woman, is not worth the jail/prison time.

Tough way to deal with it, and you're caught up in emotion, but yes, it's the right way to go. I once heard about a husband doing something similar (holding the cheaters at bay until the cops showed up...I believe at gunpoint). Everybody lived and I'm sure he got a favorable divorce.

You have to shoot them both if you want the temporary insanity plea. Only shooting the dude shows at least some rational.

Background they were Separated, she was in her own Apartment not on base, and were in the middle of divorce proceedings. You cant blame her for moving on, and we all know the people that wont let go like to drag this out in court hopping the other person will change their mind.

I feel sympathy for the guy, but don’t condone what he did. He stayed away and went to a friends or a support group for some help. This should also serve as a lesson for those who want to mess with another’s before everything is settled out.
