It is amazing how many military VIPs end up doing stupid things. Obviously values do not constrain them. I guess they don't think they will get caught. Behavior should follow the methodology of risk management. Don't look at the probability of the worst case scenario. Lool at the worst case scenario and prevent it from happening.

My first unit Commander took the stripes off a pair of SPC's after reading their article 15's. General officers should get the same treatment when they screw the pooch like this.
