When I did it, the first time, I was I the office of the Army ROTC PMS, with the MAtt assigned to the unit along side him...the other time, I was at the AFEES at Ft Hamilton before it morphed into the MEPS there, it was done by a USAF 1st Or who'd been one of the staff, there were about 50 of us, give or take, in the room, then we we were all led out to go to the plane at either JFK or LaGuardia, I can recall which, I'm afraid....
