Army to increase special duty pay for drill sergeants, recruiters

In a time when everyone is so worried about money and after all of the cuts that have been made, are the areas that got increases or that were added justifiable? What about the areas that are seeing decreases or complete elimination of special duty pay? Shouldn't there be an increase in HDIP as well?

Good drill sergeants earn it babysitting some of the recruits.

Shitty job..turning a bunch of undisciplined morons in to a cohesive unit, and losers into responsible men and women. Give them the raise. What the hell.
