Army: Two-star's death ruled a suicide

There's a lot of work needed in addressing and fixing our mental health care system. Some $1.8 billion in cuts have come from states mental health budgets during the recession. This apathetic approach to our mental health has translated in to a shortage of mental health care professionals.
