"Members of the House Armed Services Committee said today that U.S. Army urban warfare training is not realistic enough to prepare soldiers for the dense megacity battlefields they may face in the future."
Really? Just what do politicians know about urban warfare training? The Army knows its mission(s) and how to prepare to win on the battlefield. The last thing they need is a bunch of meddling politicians deciding how the soldiers should train.
I'm no strategist and freely admit it. However, it seems that too many people are convinced that linear combat is a thing of the past. Not so sure I believe that.
