Army veteran says Longview school won't refund GI benefits - Longview News-Journal

This article makes me wonder what else is missing. At the core is the fact he withdrew without completing the course which makes him liable for the funds expended towards his education. If he had issues with the school, he should have followed through on his complaints and also spoken with his veteran's benefits advisor.
