I don’t understand how the VA can be so different based on location. Some are real hell holes and others do a good job at serving veterans.

This women needs to be fired and prosecuted if possible.

Well, the Madison WI VA facility is awesome. I have yet to have a negative experience there.

Ouch. And I wouldn't go to the DC VA either. Terrible place with really poor inspection reports
