That was the weakest argument I've ever read. He didn't provide a single fact, cite any legal precedent, point to any ethical violation, or submit any legal theory in support of his assertion. That was the nothing more than a legal equivalent of "He's mean; punish him."

MSG Billy Brumfield - If an expert makes a coherent argument, yes, they've earned some level of trust based on their expertise and experience. Problem is...that wasn't anything near an argument, coherent or otherwise.
