As Gun Sales Soar, GOA Fights for Gun Stores & Buyers

There are a lot of links in that chain, including internet access and speed on both ends, so how long it takes for a background check to come back may not be entirely a NCIS system problem. Yesterday, there were about 40,000 new background check requests an hour, so the numbers add up in a hurry.

Got an email today informing members the legal team sent a letter to Washington's governor requesting he declare gun stores essential businesses. I don't believe the governor and attorney general have their minds stuck and no amount of dialogue will persuade them to honor and abide by the Constitution.
