As LA Times publisher takes unpaid leave amid harassment claims, his newsroom unionizes

Per the comments on the original site, it does seem to be ironic for the LA Times. For those not familiar with the LA Times, they are usually very condescending; claiming the high road and shame on if you're not on board. And they are very parochial.
Just my opinion (from personal experience).

Where is the thoughtful intervention? Union, the hair trigger rebound might backfire.
