Unbelievable. I feel sorry for those who actually live and work there; most are not in a position to leave. Beyond time to vote out the garbage in office in California and in its major cities as well.

You know, I used to think the hygiene of the locals in Viet Nam left a lot to be desired back in the 1960s. All that has since gone away and Viet Nam is now quite a clean and pleasant place. But all of this I've been reading about San Francisco makes Viet Nam of the 1960s seem pristine by comparison. Yuck!
