COL Mikel J. Burroughs Sugar is one of the most addictive substances to man. When we have an emptiness, void, or misery it is human nature to fill that void. Alcoholism, Drug Addiction, Food Addiction, pornography, internet, even exercise can be an addiction. Food obviously is one of those things that cannot be quit due to basic survival needs. So what is left? An individual who has issues with eating, that has to not just battle the demon, but embrace the demon as well. Bad times.

Very true, the two have been known to go hand in hand. I'm not embarrassed to say that I went through this, still going through it. One day at a time things are improving.
