No reason for them to. Everything on earth, literally everything, is made up of various combinations of 4 atoms: carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen. These atoms can be found in staggering abundance in any asteroid belt in any solar system in the universe. There simply is nothing here they can't get elsewhere.
