Heck you would think with the tax rate in California they could afford to help the homeless. I read where that guy who won all that money on Jeopardy(2.6 mil) between the Feds and California they took 1.2 mil in taxes. But is this a problem for the entire state or just pocketed Cities, haven't been to California since 1996, no offense have no plans to go back any time soon.

The problem has been "attracted" to the sanctuary cities (which ought to tell you something)

It’s a shame most of the homeless have jobs only they don’t make enough to get a place to live.
