Autopsy: Tom Petty died of accidental drug overdose

Thanks for sharing the news Capt Dwayne Conyers. To be brutally honest I am not aware of how the autopsy could verify that Tom Petty accidentally died from a drug overdose. Perhaps it was a mistake he took the drugs which would be accidental. If he took too much drugs that would be foolish, after all.
