It is going to anger the whole Islamic Ummah. The Sunni will see it as another example of the Shia Apostates. Iran's hard liners are correct in their view it is atheistic. Towards Islam and the one true god of the Kaaba anyway.

Had they built it as a crescent moon building in the name of Su'en, everyone would have been happy. Not that I am sad they are not.
