Back to Europe: The Army is sending more troops, tanks and helicopters to deter Russia

I, personally, did not think it was a good idea to pull everything out when they did. When the focus shifted to the Pacific it seems like the powers that be totally forgot about Europe, which can never be a good thing, because Europe is constantly changing and will always require a military presence as a deterrent.
