Who is getting this money? The former Marine is in RU. Does Russia have bail? Most of the time, they lock you up. I do not remember anyone charged with espionage getting bail...most countries would not give bail because they could be considered f flight risk. Would not that Marine want to leave and go to USA? I worry this is a scam.
