Battalion commander's list of number one priorities hits 50

I can understand he may be overwhelmed with excitement and ready to lead from the front and whatever. But I would have loved to have been his boss for a day or so and explained time, place and audience. In the process of becoming the most knowledgeable "O" out there, he became that guy. When you are new it is easy for everything to become number 1, but you have got to slow down, breathe, think, and less power point.
