Anyone familiar with the TSAC facilitator certification from NSCA? I know the CSCS from NSCA is more widely known, but this one is geared specifically toward working with "tactical athletes". It's less expensive, but also looks significantly less thorough than the CSCS. I'm probably going to pursue one of them after I finish PT school since my A&P knowledge will be fresh in my mind. I want to eventually work with SOF populations and I think one of these may come in handy.

Yes, this certification is a step down from the CSCS.

CPT (Join to see) - If you're going to sit for a fitness certification, CSCS is for a medical professional.

It definitely looks cool, but I'm having trouble finding anyone who has cert. It's been around for several years now though so I imagine some folks are getting the cert or they would have shelved it by now. If you go for it let me know how it goes.
