According to the First Amendment "Congress shall make no law... abridging freedom of speech..." but it says nothing about an individual's right to abridge freedom of speech in their own "house". Also, the federal government cannot force Internet media to provide "equal access" to all users as it does in broadcast media because the Internet is not limited in capacity as are the "public airwaves". Thus, Facebook and other social media have been able to thumb their noses at those who espouse the conservative ideology. However, the feds, if they are so inclined, can annoy the hell out of their ideological opposition. There are plenty of laws on the books that may be applied "creatively" and this is one such example. Grab your popcorn and make yourself comfortable.
